MANAGEMENT
Focusing on “Career / Workforce Development"
A registered non-profit corporation focusing on “Career / Workforce Development”. We have received the approval from IRS on 501(c) 3 – ‘Tax Exemption Status’, an approval from BPPE (state agency) for a license to operate in the state of California, registered with Cal jobs and with Work2Future of San Jose.
We are highly experienced and qualified professionals working as volunteers under the umbrella of “Giving is Contagious”. Our team has a combined experience of 60+ years in the relevant career fields.
After a life changing pandemic, we have noticed how the life cycle / work cycle and mode of work in every aspect of life has changed or is going to change to a new shape and form. This is a crucial time for our workforce to change or adapt to a new norm in life.
ALTRUISM
Educate the needy and enable a stable community.
As a non-profit organization, we pledge that all the proceeds go to local charity – feed the homeless, educate the needy and enable a stable community.
Absolutely! In fact, the contagious nature of giving has been proven in a national study by researchers from the University of California, San Diego and Harvard University. The study proves that it takes only a small group of individuals to make a difference. Researchers found “when people benefit from kindness, they ‘pay it forward’ by helping others who were not originally involved, creating a cascade of cooperation that influences dozens more in a social network.”
